server's tool list today; this is what it looked like on the days in between. The
20,080 servers we observed and recorded no change for are published
alongside, because a finding only means something if the instrument can return nothing.
These are observations, not assessments. Unversioned iteration is normal and
often deliberate; nothing here alleges wrongdoing. If a record is wrong,
tell us and we will correct or withdraw it.
